A specialized opportunity is available for an experienced Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing to provide telehealth services to school-aged students in the Austin, TX area. This contract role focuses on delivering high-quality remote support, facilitating effective communication and learning for students with hearing impairments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individualized telehealth sessions tailored to the unique needs of students who are deaf or hard of hearing
Develop, implement, and monitor educational plans aligned with students' goals and hearing abilities
Collaborate with families, audiologists, and other educational professionals to ensure comprehensive support
Utilize technology to deliver engaging and accessible instructional content
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and session outcomes
Provide guidance on the use of assistive technologies and communication strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or licensure as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing or comparable credentials
Experience in telehealth or remote educational service delivery
