- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant nursing experience in emergency department, call center, or provider office triage settings.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert telephone triage to patients of all ages, including both pediatric and adult populations.
- Assess patient symptoms and provide accurate, timely advice based on established protocols.

- Document patient interactions thoroughly and efficiently in our electronic health record system.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

- A current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
