[Remote] Training Developer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a Training Developer to build high-quality instructional materials and interactive learning assets for public health and data/AI users. The role focuses on transforming complex technical workflows into engaging learning experiences while collaborating with various teams to ensure the training products meet standards.

Responsibilities

Translate system workflows, data processes, and AI/ML tools into structured training content including e learning modules, simulations, guides, videos, and assessments
Develop multimodal training materials aligned with adult learning principles and CDC stakeholder needs
Build reusable training artifacts, templates, and content libraries to support scalable training delivery
Collaborate with SMEs and engineering teams to validate content accuracy and ensure alignment with system updates
Maintain content repositories, metadata structures, and versioning practices for all training materials
Support integration of training into enterprise platforms
Produce visual and interactive elements-flow diagrams, screen captures, system walkthroughs, and task demonstrations-to enhance learner comprehension
Other duties as assigned

Skills

3+ years of experience in instructional design, AI training development, or e-learning production
Experience with developing technical training content for software, analytics, or AI systems
Experience with using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Rise) or equivalent platforms
Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and competency-based AI training design
Ability to convert technical workflows into digestible learning content for diverse user groups
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or client-required suitability determination
Bachelor's degree
Experience with developing training for data science, public health, or mission-critical federal programs
Experience with implementing SCORM/xAPI compliance or LMS deployment strategies
Experience with multimedia design (graphics, video, interactive demos)
Knowledge of reputed company search or RAG workflows to develop training for AI-enabled tools
