Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Training Developer / Instructor II to design, develop, and deliver effective employee training programs. This role will create engaging learning materials, facilitate instructor-led and virtual training, manage course content through Learning Management Systems (LMS), and evaluate training effectiveness.


The ideal candidate will have strong experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, curriculum development, e-learning, facilitation, LMS administration, and training evaluation.


Key Responsibilities




  • Design and develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning courses, videos, job aids, and other learning resources.




  • Develop structured curricula aligned with business needs and learning objectives.




  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create engaging training content.




  • Deliver training through in-person, virtual, webinar, and instructor-led formats.




  • Work with subject matter experts, managers, and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.




  • Utilize Learning Management Systems for course registration, tracking, reporting, and administration.




  • Develop assessments and evaluations to measure participant learning and training effectiveness.




  • Collect participant feedback and make continuous improvements to training programs.




  • Update training content to reflect changes in policies, procedures, technology, and business requirements.




  • Customize learning programs for different departments, job functions, and audiences.




  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance, assessments, and participant performance information.




  • Ensure training programs comply with applicable organizational and regulatory requirements.




  • Manage multiple training projects, schedules, and deliverables.




Required Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field required.




  • 5–10 years of experience creating, developing, and delivering effective employee training programs required.




  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.




  • Experience using instructional design and e-learning development tools.




  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).




  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.




  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




  • Strong organizational and project-management abilities.




  • Ability to manage multiple training initiatives and priorities.




  • Experience developing assessments and evaluating training effectiveness.




  • Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts, managers, and business stakeholders.




Preferred Qualifications




  • Relevant certifications in instructional design or training are highly preferred.




  • Experience in instructor-led training and eLearning development is highly preferred.




  • Experience developing video, interactive, and digital learning content.




  • Experience delivering training to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.




  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating training effectiveness and identifying improvement opportunities.
