Retail Project Manager

<p><strong>Retail Project Manager / IT Infrastructure / Remote / Southeast United States</strong></p><p><br></p><p>A leading global technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced Retail Project Manager – Low Voltage & Infrastructure to lead large-scale, multi-site technology deployments across retail, distribution center, warehouse, corporate, and field environments.</p><p><br></p><p>This is not a traditional IT Project Manager position. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience managing infrastructure deployments tied to retail construction, store openings, remodels, relocations, and low-voltage/network implementations. This individual will coordinate across customer construction teams, facilities organizations, network engineering teams, low-voltage installers, field technicians, vendors, and internal delivery resources.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate has successfully managed multiple locations simultaneously and understands the dependencies between construction readiness and technology deployment, including structured cabling, network switching, wireless infrastructure, MDF/IDF buildouts, AV technologies, and equipment installation.</p><p><br></p><p>Contract Duration: 6+Month Contract-to-Hire</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Proven ability to successfully manage 20+ active locations or projects simultaneously.</li><li>5+ years of project management experience delivering infrastructure and/or low-voltage projects.</li><li>Experience supporting retail chains, large-scale facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, hospital systems, manufacturing sites, or similar multi-location environments.</li><li>Demonstrated experience coordinating construction activities with technology deployments.</li><li>Experience coordinating field service organizations, third-party vendors, subcontractors, and installation resources.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Desired Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>PMP certification</li><li>Experience supporting technology infrastructure deployments for large enterprise retail or other highly distributed, multi-site organizations.</li><li>Experience with retail store construction, remodels, distribution centers, and facilities operations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Daily Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead multiple concurrent infrastructure and low-voltage deployment projects across retail stores, distribution centers, warehouses, corporate facilities, and other field locations.</li><li>Coordinate customer stakeholders, construction teams, facilities, engineering resources, low-voltage vendors, subcontractors, and field technicians throughout project execution.</li><li>Manage site readiness and technology deployments involving structured cabling, copper/fiber, network switches, wireless access points, MDF/IDF buildouts, AV, digital signage, and device installations.</li><li>Oversee project schedules, milestones, RAID logs, change controls, field execution, quality metrics, issue resolution, and executive/customer status reporting across 20+ active sites.</li><li>Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasts, margins, invoicing, vendor costs, resource planning, and change orders while ensuring projects meet customer requirements and approved Statements of Work.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>You will receive the following benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Medical Insurance - Four medical plans to choose from for you and your family</li><li>Dental & Orthodontia Benefits</li><li>Vision Benefits</li><li>Health Savings Account (HSA)</li><li>Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts</li><li>Voluntary Life Insurance, Long-Term & Short-Term Disability Insurance</li><li>Hospital Indemnity Insurance</li><li>401(k) including match with pre and post-tax options</li><li>Paid Sick Time Leave</li><li>Legal and Identity Protection Plans</li><li>Pre-tax Commuter Benefit</li><li>529 College Saver Plan</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Motion Recruitment Partners (MRP) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
