Key Responsibilities As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the frontline advocate for our users, ensuring every touchpoint delivers empathy, clarity, and resolution. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include Responding to inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media with professionalism and a patient‑first mindset. Accurately logging every interaction in our CRM, maintaining data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations. Diagnosing and resolving issues related to account setup, billing, appointment scheduling, and platform usage. Escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of the customer’s journey.
