Skilled Laborer

We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join a large cement manufacturing operation. This position involves plant cleanup, material handling, industrial housekeeping, and general labor throughout an active industrial facility.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in construction, manufacturing, warehouse, demolition, landscaping, mining, quarry operations, or other physically demanding environments.

What You'll Do

Industrial plant cleanup and housekeeping
Sweep, shovel, hose down, and remove debris
Assist maintenance and production teams
Move materials and supplies throughout the facility
Load and unload materials as needed
Identify and report safety hazards
Operate basic hand tools and cleaning equipment
Work around conveyors, heavy equipment, and production areas
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

What We're Looking For

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift
Comfortable lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 75 lbs.
Able to bend, kneel, climb stairs, ladders, and work at heights when needed
Comfortable working in dusty, noisy, hot, cold, and outdoor conditions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

Lift and carry 50-75+ lbs. regularly
Stand and walk for extended periods
Climb stairs, ladders, and platforms
Work around dust, noise, vibration, and heavy machinery
Wear required PPE, including hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, respirators, gloves, and steel-toed boots

Schedule

Full-Time
8-12 Hour Shifts
Overtime Available
Weekend Work as Needed
