Skilled Laborer

We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join a large cement manufacturing operation. This position involves plant cleanup, material handling, industrial housekeeping, and general labor throughout an active industrial facility.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in construction, manufacturing, warehouse, demolition, landscaping, mining, quarry operations, or other physically demanding environments.


What You'll Do

  • Industrial plant cleanup and housekeeping
  • Sweep, shovel, hose down, and remove debris
  • Assist maintenance and production teams
  • Move materials and supplies throughout the facility
  • Load and unload materials as needed
  • Identify and report safety hazards
  • Operate basic hand tools and cleaning equipment
  • Work around conveyors, heavy equipment, and production areas
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift
  • Comfortable lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 75 lbs.
  • Able to bend, kneel, climb stairs, ladders, and work at heights when needed
  • Comfortable working in dusty, noisy, hot, cold, and outdoor conditions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

  • Lift and carry 50-75+ lbs. regularly
  • Stand and walk for extended periods
  • Climb stairs, ladders, and platforms
  • Work around dust, noise, vibration, and heavy machinery
  • Wear required PPE, including hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, respirators, gloves, and steel-toed boots

  • Full-Time
  • 8-12 Hour Shifts
  • Overtime Available
  • Weekend Work as Needed
