You'll also support engagement through BeyondBain, Bain's alumni engagement platform.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><strong>WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM</strong></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>As the <strong>Specialist, Global Alumni Engagement</strong>, you'll support the execution of alumni communications and engagement activities across newsletters, campaigns, storytelling, BeyondBain, events, and community initiatives.</span></p><p><span>You'll help keep work organized, accurate, on time, and aligned with Bain's voice and brand standards while supporting reporting, testing, and process improvement.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></span></p><p><span><strong> </strong></span></p><ul><li>Draft, build, QA, and coordinate alumni newsletters and email campaigns.</li><li>Curate content across Bain news, alumni updates, jobs, events, and learning resources.</li><li>Support alumni storytelling, including profiles, social content, and short-form features.</li><li>Support engagement on BeyondBain, including groups, posts, and community activity.</li><li>Coordinate communications for campaigns, events, and priority alumni initiatives.</li><li>Manage timelines, trackers, approvals, and stakeholder inputs.</li><li>Track engagement metrics and prepare first-pass performance summaries.</li><li>Support A/B testing and maintain templates, QA checklists, and repeatable processes.</li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></span></p><p><span><strong> </strong></span></p><p><span><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul><li>2–4 years of experience in communications, email marketing, content operations, community management, alumni relations, or a related field.</li><li>Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.</li><li>Excellent organization and project coordination skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and sound judgment for external-facing communications.</li><li>Experience with email marketing, CRM, social media, community platforms, or related tools.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams, geographies, and functions.</li><li>Ability to synthesize information into clear, engaging communications.</li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span><strong>Working Model</strong></span></p><p><span>This role follows a hybrid working model in-office presence is required at least 1 day per week, it also involves collaboration with a global team across time zones.</span></p><p><span><strong> </strong></span></p><p><span><strong>U.S. COMPENSATION INFORMATION</strong></span></p><p><span><strong> </strong></span></p><p><span>Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service and Bain's best-in-class benefits package.</span></p><p><span>Some local governments in the United States require a good-faith, reasonable salary range to be included in job postings for open roles.
