Staff Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
American Hospital Dubai is seeking a highly skilled, clinically elite Staff Nurse to join our high-acuity Intensive Care Unit. You will serve as a frontline care provider in our JCI-accredited facility, tasked with managing critically ill patients, utilizing advanced life-support technology, and delivering evidence-based care in alignment with Mayo Clinic partnership standards.Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized university. You must have a minimum of 3-5 years of continuous bedside experience in an ICU or Critical Care setting. A valid DHA (Dubai) license or a confirmed Eligibility Letter is strictly required. Experience with advanced hemodynamics and mechanical ventilation is mandatory.Physical & Security Criteria: The role requires high physical stamina for 12-hour shift rotations and the emotional resilience to manage high-stakes critical care environments.
