Project Overview:

I am looking for an experienced US-based Public Records Researcher, Skip Tracer, or OSINT specialist to verify specific archival information regarding an individual (a university professor) in New York / New Jersey.

Key Tasks:

Verify if the target individual entered into a marriage or a divorce in the US (specifically NY/NJ area) between 1999 and 2005 inclusive.

Locate any potential federal or immigration-related court cases involving this individual and their former spouse (Gennady Zendel) during or after this period. Only the Case Number/Docket Number is required; full document retrieval is optional.

Requirements for the Freelancer:

Location: Must be based in the United States (due to data access restrictions).

Tools: Active access to professional US investigative databases (such as LexisNexis, TLOxp, Tracers, Accurint, or professional Westlaw/PACER accounts). Standard Google searches will not suffice for this task.
