Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by efficiently handling inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe working environment. This position requires a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Perform order picking and packing tasks accurately to fulfill customer orders.
Assist in building pallets for shipment and ensuring proper loading procedures are followed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and associates to meet daily operational goals and objectives.
Conduct routine inspections of heavy equipment to ensure safe operation.
Support inventory management processes including receiving, sorting, and storing products.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with order picking processes and warehouse management systems is a plus.
Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks safely.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
A commitment to maintaining safety standards within the warehouse environment.
