In this role, you will play a vital part in our growth trajectory.<br><br> <br><br>The <strong>Warehouse Packer</strong> is responsible for the efficient preparing and packing of material for shipment or storage in a warehouse setting.<br><br> <br><br><strong>Essential Duties And Responsibilities <br><br></strong>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. <br><br><ul><li>Inspect, weigh, pack and label completed material for shipment or storage, while ensuring product integrity, stability, and safety.</li><li>Interpret order invoices to determine which items need to be sent out, perform quality control assessments, and stack items safely and securely in the right packaging.</li><li>Learning and implementing different pack methods to ensure the product is packed properly based on company standards and arrives safely with the customer.</li><li>Escalating any issues to a manager in a prompt manner.</li><li>Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, removing debris and clutter, and properly disposing of packaging materials.</li><li>Occasionally assisting with other warehouse tasks, such as picking orders, conducting inventory counts, and preparing merchandise for shipment.</li><li>All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.<br><br></li></ul> <br><br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong>The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.<br><br><ul><li>Basic knowledge of warehouse organization procedures.</li><li>Able to work in a collaborative team environment.</li><li>Exceptionally detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.</li><li>Able to lift and move heavy merchandise items.</li><li>Flexible schedule, including ability to work on weekends, as needed.</li><li>Knowledge of packing and shipping procedures.</li><li>Basic Computer skills needed.</li><li>Attention to detail and basic math skills are required.</li><li>Accurate documentation and reporting skills are required.</li><li>WMS experience is preferred.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Physical Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li> Standing, walking, bending, squatting most of the time.</li><li> Repetitive motions including pushing & pulling with hands most of the time.</li><li> Frequently carrying up to 25 lbs.</li><li> Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted</li><li> Seldom sitting or crawling.<br><br></li></ul><strong>About TileBar<br><br></strong>At TileBar, we are committed to fostering a workplace that embraces and celebrates diversity, equity, and inclusion.
