Just when you thought it could not get any better, we offer a base salary of $17 an hour with uncapped commission. While this role is remote, you will still need to reside within 50 miles of Tulsa, OK. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to learn more about our wireless plans and services. You’ll use a consultative approach to understand their needs through discovery questions, provide tailored solutions, and close the sale — all while delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Customer Connection - You will be the introduction to the Consumer Cellular experience. Your energy, curiosity, and the ability to ask the right questions will help uncover customers' needs. By listening to the reason for their call, you’ll position Consumer Cellular as the reliable, value-based solution they’ve been looking for.
