As a Workday Absence systems consultant in our Human Resources (HR) and Legal Systems organization, you'll support corporate Human Resources with effective absence management solutions. You'll partner with business systems consultants across the organization to analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and help design scalable, efficient solutions. In this role, you'll support implementation and ongoing enhancements of the Workday Absence module, develop detailed documentation, and help ensure system efforts are executed effectively and aligned with business needs.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to Cleveland for meetings and/or training.
Minimum qualifications
- A minimum of eight years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements).
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements).
Preferred skills
- Two or more years of expertise in the Workday Absence module, with recent configuration, implementation, or integration experience beyond end-user access.
- Experience supporting HR systems implementations, enhancements, or process improvements, particularly within absence, leave, or time-off programs.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sponsors, business partners, and cross-functional teams to define challenges, develop solutions, and support HR systems strategy.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, demonstrating initiative in moving efforts forward and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Compensation
- $81,400 - $131,200/year depending on position level and experience.
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
