Hello!

My name is Chiara, and along with my business bestie, we manage a growing portfolio of short term rental properties that we both own and cohost for our clients. We're passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our guests and are looking to expand our team with someone who shares our enthusiasm for the short-term rental industry!

As we scale our hosting business and continue to acquire new properties, we're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team. This is a full-time position with part-time available!

Responsibilities:

- Set up and manage platform listings across Airbnb, VRBO, and other short-term rental platforms.

- Communicate with guests to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.

- Schedule and coordinate maintenance and cleaning services to maintain the highest standards for our properties.

- File damage claims and collect all necessary documentation to facilitate reimbursement

Tools & Technology:

You'll be working with a variety of tools that help us manage our properties efficiently, including:

- Platforms: Airbnb, VRBO, Zillow

- Property Management Software: Hospitable, PriceLabs

- Smart Home Technology: Ecobee (thermostats), Ultraloq (smart locks), Wyze (cameras)

- Google Workspace: Sheets, Docs, Voice, Meet

About You:

-Passionate about short-term rentals and hospitality.

-Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Comfortable working with technology and learning new tools.

-A team player who enjoys collaborating in a fast-paced environment.

-Special preference will be given to those with prior work experience at AirBNB
