[Hiring] RevOps Solutions Architect @Go Nimbly
Role Description
As a RevOps Solutions Architect at Go Nimbly, you'll collaborate with a team of RevOps Consultants, Program Managers, Developers, and Analysts to build best-in-class solutions and impactful technology roadmaps. You will act as a subject matter expert on the process of scoping, discovery, diagnosis, design, and leading the team through solution and architecture decisions by considering scalability, trade-offs, best practice, and the latest technology trends, including where generative AI can accelerate or improve general operations and go-to-market motions.
On a given day, a RevOps Solutions Architect will spend time:
- Shaping the approach early by leading discovery and scoping, making sure the work is estimated accurately before it starts.
- Building connections between GTM systems that drive real value and outcomes, whether that's through custom code, integrations, or an iPaaS/automation platform like Workato, Make, or n8n.
- Finding where AI and agents can add value, then building workflows that turn GTM data into actionable insights and automate work.
- Diagnosing where GTM systems are broken or fragmented, duplicate sources of truth, manual handoffs, data that doesn't reconcile, and owning the fix from root cause through to a shipped solution.
- Designing solutions for complex workstreams, advising clients on when to buy an existing tool versus build a custom solution.
- Defining architecture principles and standards, and owning how design decisions are communicated and justified.
- Coaching and mentoring the team on solution design and championing diligently.
- Keeping a pulse on the latest tech and AI releases to help shape Go Nimbly’s point of view on what they mean for clients.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in at least one core discipline (Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Business Systems) and working fluency across the others.
- Genuine point of view on AI and agents in RevOps, mindful of data governance, PII, and compliance boundaries.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders to uncover business requirements and design scalable technical solutions.
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and core features.
- Track record of diagnosing fragmented or broken GTM systems and owning the fix through to a shipped solution.
- Ability to lead internal and client teams and explain technical decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bonus: Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Systems Architect certification, or on the path to achieving one.
Requirements
- Experience in systems architecture and administration (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Comfort building connections across custom code, integrations, or an iPaaS platform like Clay, Workato, Make, or n8n.
- Experience in lean and agile delivery.
Benefits
- Flexible working environment: our entire team works remotely.
- Tiered incentive program (in addition to base salary) to reward high performers.
- Exposure to several high-growth companies looking to scale and invest in their revenue operations function.
- Colleagues who are top practitioners in the field.
- Annual camp: a yearly offsite to celebrate the year and plan the next one.
- Dedicated to employee development and career paths aimed at fostering your growth.
- 100% paid premiums for US employees’ insurance coverage.
