Investment Banking Expert Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote We are seeking experienced Investment Banking Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on financial modeling, valuation, transaction analysis, and industry research. You'll apply your investment banking expertise to evaluate real-world financial analysis and help train next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required. Scope of Work <ul><li>Conduct company and industry research to support financial analysis and AI training.</li><li>Perform target screening, comparable company analysis, and transaction analysis.</li><li>Build, review, and troubleshoot Excel-based financial and valuation models.</li><li>Prepare and review pitchbooks and client presentation materials.</li><li>Analyze financial materials for numerical errors, valuation issues, and logical inconsistencies.</li><li>Explain accounting treatments, valuation adjustments, assumptions, and transaction sensitivities.</li><li>Provide clear written and verbal explanations of complex financial concepts. </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Experience as a Senior Associate or Vice President in M&A, investment banking, or industry coverage.</li><li>Hands-on experience with live acquisition or sale processes.</li><li>Strong expertise in Excel financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis.</li><li>Experience with company research, target screening, comparable company analysis, and pitchbook preparation.</li><li>Ability to review and improve analytical and client-facing materials.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. </li></ul>
