Requirements Qualifications• Strong verbal and written communication• Empathetic & intuitive listener• Rapport building on a virtual platform• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT)• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or closely related field from an accredited program• Active independent MA state licensure and board certification • Ability to build rapport and establish a strong therapeutic working relationship with clients• Experience providing evaluation and evidence-based psychotherapy with a broad spectrum of clinical presentations• Computer literate• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (We are not able to sponsor work visas at this time) Responsibilities • Building rapport and maintaining client relationship• Use electronic health record software for documentation• Completing documentation of client sessions within 24 hours of session•All scheduling will be completed by the clinician· Billing claims will be submitted by the clinician· Administrative staff will ensure insurance company reimbursement for claims filled and submit appeals as needed on the clinician’s behalf• Clinician is responsible for providing off hour call coverage for own clients Benefits Build your own practice within Well-Minded Healthcare, PLLC
