QA Tester – US Network & Integration Testing

Seeking detail-oriented QA Testers residing on the US East or West Coast to validate performance, connectivity, integrations, and regional compliance using physical US networks. Work under LATAM QA Leads.

Scope & Payment:

~28 hours total: Round 1 (~25h) for setup, testing, and reporting; Round 2 (~3h) for patch verification and regression. Fixed-price or hourly payment.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and test on residential broadband, 4G/5G cellular data, and public/commercial Wi-Fi. VPNs/proxies are prohibited.

• Execute ~180 network test runs, ~15 disconnection/recovery tests, and ~90 speed benchmarks.

• Validate US IP access, logins, geofencing, and phone verification.

• Test integrations with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, and Canva.

• Check state-level compliance screens, US dates, currency, and PT/ET timezones.

• Submit daily results, screenshots, reproduction steps, and metrics: city/state, ISP/carrier, native IP, device/OS, load times, and latency.

• Retest fixes and confirm resolution.

Requirements:

• Current US East or West Coast residence.

• Access to all three physical network types.

• 2+ years of manual functional testing, regression, and defect reporting.

• Strong documentation skills, including console/network logs.

• US phone number and active integration accounts, or ability to create them.
